How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, add your favourite pieces to the cart, and proceed to checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay in cash when your order is delivered.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days across Pakistan.

Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is free on orders of PKR 3,000 and above. A PKR 200 delivery charge applies to orders below PKR 3,000.

How can I track my order?

We share order updates and tracking details with you on WhatsApp at the number provided with your order.

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned for exchange within 3 days of delivery if unused, unwashed and in original packaging. Ready-to-wear stitched suits are returnable. See our Returns & Exchange page for full details.

How do I choose my size?

Every stitched product page includes our full Size Chart & Size Guide with shirt and trouser measurements for S, M, L and XL.
