These terms apply to purchases made from The Mehak Fashion (themehakfashion.com). By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

Orders

Placing an order on our website is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once it has been accepted and dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable or where order details cannot be verified.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is made in cash to the courier when your order is delivered.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days.

• Free delivery on orders of PKR 3,000 or above.
• A PKR 200 delivery charge applies to orders below PKR 3,000, added at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we send tracking details to you on WhatsApp at the contact number provided with your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Ready-to-wear products may be returned within  03 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached. Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange. Full details are on our Returns & Exchange page.

Product Presentation

We make every effort to present our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the actual fabric.
