Return Window

Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Ready-to-Wear Stitched Suits

Our ready-to-wear stitched suits are returnable within the 3-day window, subject to the condition requirements above.

How to Start a Return

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy: We offer exchanges only. Refunds are not available. Once your return is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
