Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us through WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery. Our team will assist you with the return or exchange process.

Please note that sale or discounted items may be subject to different return or exchange conditions.

We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns will be handled according to our return and exchange policy.

Shipping Policy

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

• Free shipping on orders of PKR 2,999 or above.
• A PKR 200 delivery charge applies to orders below PKR 2,999.
• Orders are normally delivered within 3 business days after confirmation and processing.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and courier service.
• Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact number.
